Others activities
01 - Land acquisition by physical and corporate persons in Cameroon.
Real Estate is the all-time business. For the past years, our firm had had the privilege of closing successfully for both the mortgagor and the mortgagee mortgages. This has granted us the single honour to come in contact with both Cameroonians (outside and within the country) willing to buy and sell landed properties. To get safe parcel of land for private consumption or business purpose has incidentally become very easy through us.
02 - Training: legal management forum
Owing to the many management difficulties faced by lawyers in Cameroon in their days to day’s activities. The firm has created a platform called “legal management forum”. Through this platform, we provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and management skills to our peers to ensuring that they do well also as we do.
03 - Business seminars
The economy of Cameroon relied most on start-ups and small and medium size enterprises. Not only do we assist in the creation and expansion of companies, we also offer training to provide them with the skills and understanding required to make their businesses more profitable. In this endeavour, we have the single privilege to be assisted by our resources persons.
